Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or booking our services. By accessing our website or booking with Party Gram, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Party Gram

Party Gram is a UAE-based entertainment company providing singing telegram services, performer bookings, inflatable party structure rentals, and related celebration services.

2. Definitions

  • “Party Gram,” “we,” “us,” “our” refers to the entertainment company

  • “Client,” “you,” “your” refers to the person or entity booking our services

  • “Performer,” “Artist” refers to entertainers engaged by Party Gram

  • “Service” refers to singing telegrams, inflatable rentals, or other entertainment services

  • “Event” refers to the scheduled performance or delivery

  • “Booking” refers to a confirmed reservation for services

3. Booking Process

3.1 How to Book

Bookings can be made through:

3.2 Booking Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed when:

  1. You receive written confirmation from Party Gram (email or WhatsApp)

  2. The required deposit payment has been received

  3. All event details have been agreed upon in writing

3.3 Minimum Booking Notice

  • Standard Bookings: We recommend booking at least 7 days in advance for best availability

  • Rush Bookings: Same-day and next-day bookings may be available subject to performer availability and premium pricing (20-50% surcharge)

  • Peak Season: During Valentine’s Day, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and public holidays, we recommend booking 14-21 days in advance

3.4 Event Details Required

To confirm your booking, you must provide:

  • Event date and time

  • Exact location/venue address

  • Contact person name and phone number

  • Service type (performer character, inflatable type, package)

  • Special requests or customizations

  • Number of guests (for inflatables)

  • Any access restrictions or special requirements

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Deposit

50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit confirms performer availability and reserves your date/time.

4.2 Balance Payment

The remaining 50% balance must be paid:

  • 48 hours before the event for standard bookings

  • Immediately upon booking confirmation for rush bookings (less than 3 days notice)

4.3 Accepted Payment Methods

  • Stripe (credit/debit cards)

  • PayPal

  • Bank transfer (UAE bank account)

  • Cash (for balance payment on event day, by prior arrangement only)

4.4 Late Payment

If balance payment is not received by the deadline:

  • We reserve the right to cancel your booking

  • Deposit will be forfeited

  • This will be treated as a cancellation by you

4.5 Currency

All prices are quoted and payable in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified.

5. Pricing

5.1 Price Quotes

All prices quoted are valid for 14 days from the date of quotation unless otherwise stated.

5.2 What’s Included

Our standard pricing includes:

  • Performer in full costume (for telegrams)

  • Performance time as specified (typically 10-15 minutes for telegrams)

  • Travel within Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah city centers

  • Standard props and equipment

  • Setup/teardown (for inflatables)

5.3 Additional Costs

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Travel beyond service areas: AED 100-500 depending on distance

  • Extended performance time: AED 200-500 per additional 15 minutes

  • Add-ons: Flowers, cakes, balloons, photographers (as quoted)

  • Rush bookings: 20-50% premium for bookings within 48 hours

  • Peak dates: Valentine’s Day, New Year’s Eve may have premium pricing

  • Access fees: Parking, security deposits, venue access fees (if applicable)

5.4 Price Changes

Prices may be updated at any time. Confirmed bookings will honor the price agreed at the time of booking confirmation.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Summary:

  • More than 7 days before event: Deposit forfeited, balance refunded

  • 3-7 days before event: 50% of total fee charged

  • Less than 48 hours before event: 75% of total fee charged

  • Less than 24 hours or no-show: 100% of total fee charged

  • All cancellations must be in writing

7. Rescheduling

7.1 Client-Requested Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your event:

  • More than 7 days before event: One free rescheduling allowed (subject to availability)

  • 3-7 days before event: AED 200 rescheduling fee

  • Less than 3 days before event: Treated as cancellation (see cancellation policy)

7.2 Party Gram Rescheduling

If we need to reschedule due to performer illness or unavailability, you may:

  • Accept an alternative date (no fee)

  • Accept a replacement performer of similar quality (no fee)

  • Receive a full refund (100% including deposit)

8. Event Performance & Services

8.1 Performance Duration

  • Singing Telegrams: Typically 10-15 minutes (includes song, message delivery, photos)

  • Extended Performances: Can be arranged in advance (additional fee)

  • Inflatable Rentals: Typically 4-8 hour rental periods

8.2 Performer Standards

Our performers are:

  • Professional actors, singers, or entertainers

  • Background-checked

  • Trained in customer service

  • Insured for public liability

8.3 Performance Content

  • All performances are appropriate for family audiences unless otherwise requested

  • We reserve the right to refuse requests for offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content

  • Customization is encouraged (special songs, messages, inside jokes)

8.4 On-Time Guarantee

We guarantee arrival within the specified 30-minute window. If we are late due to our fault:

  • You receive a 10% discount on your next booking

  • We will still perform the full service

8.5 Weather Policy (Inflatables)

For outdoor inflatable rentals:

  • High winds (40+ km/h): We reserve the right to cancel for safety reasons (full refund)

  • Rain: Inflatables can operate in light rain but may be deflated for heavy rain/storms

  • Client cancellation due to weather: Standard cancellation policy applies

9. Client Responsibilities

9.1 Accurate Information

You must provide:

  • Accurate event location and contact details

  • Correct date and time

  • Any access codes, parking information, or venue restrictions

  • Notification of any allergies, sensitivities, or special needs

9.2 Venue Access

You must ensure:

  • Performer can access the venue at the scheduled time

  • Parking is available or costs disclosed in advance

  • Security/reception is notified of performer arrival

  • Adequate space for inflatables (dimensions provided in advance)

  • Power supply for inflatables (if required)

9.3 Recipient Notification (Optional)

For surprise events, you are responsible for ensuring the recipient will be present. We are not liable if the recipient is absent due to your error.

9.4 Safety

You must:

  • Ensure the performance environment is safe (no hazards, aggressive animals, hostile individuals)

  • Notify us in advance of any safety concerns

  • Supervise children around inflatables (if applicable)

9.5 Recording & Photos

  • You are welcome to record and photograph performances for personal use

  • Performers will cooperate with photos after the performance

  • Commercial use of images/video requires written permission

10. Party Gram Responsibilities

10.1 Service Delivery

We will:

  • Deliver the service as agreed in the booking confirmation

  • Arrive on time (within 30-minute window)

  • Provide performer in full costume with agreed props

  • Perform professionally and courteously

10.2 Performer Substitution

We reserve the right to:

  • Substitute a performer of equal or greater quality if the original performer is unavailable due to illness or emergency

  • You will be notified as soon as possible

  • If you are not satisfied with the replacement, you may cancel for a full refund

10.3 Equipment Quality (Inflatables)

All inflatables are:

  • Cleaned and sanitized after each use

  • Inspected for safety before delivery

  • Weather-resistant and secure

  • Compliant with UAE safety regulations

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Our Liability

Party Gram’s total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services is limited to the total amount paid for the booking.

11.2 Excluded Liabilities

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses (e.g., disappointment, lost business opportunities, travel costs of guests)

  • Damage to property unless caused by our gross negligence

  • Injury to persons unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct

  • Delays or cancellations due to Force Majeure events (see below)

  • Third-party actions (e.g., venue cancellation, recipient absence, guest behavior)

11.3 Client’s Liability

You are liable for:

  • Damage to our equipment or costumes caused by you or your guests

  • Injury to our performers caused by unsafe conditions you failed to disclose

  • Loss or theft of our equipment while in your possession

12. Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for failure to perform obligations if caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms)

  • War, terrorism, civil unrest

  • Government restrictions, lockdowns, curfews

  • Pandemic or disease outbreak

  • Utility failures (power outages)

  • Extreme weather conditions

In such cases:

  • We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible

  • You may reschedule (no fee) or receive a full refund

  • If you cancel due to Force Majeure, normal cancellation policy applies unless event is legally prohibited

13. Intellectual Property

13.1 Party Gram Content

All website content, logos, branding, performance concepts, and materials are owned by Party Gram. You may not use, copy, or reproduce them without written permission.

13.2 User Content

By submitting photos, testimonials, or reviews, you grant Party Gram:

  • A non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content for marketing purposes

  • Right to edit or modify the content

  • Right to use your first name and city (unless you request anonymity)

13.3 Third-Party Content

Some performances may include copyrighted songs or characters. We perform only for private events (not commercial/broadcast). You are responsible for ensuring any recording/sharing complies with copyright law.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

15. Complaints & Disputes

15.1 How to Complain

If you are not satisfied with our service:

  2. Provide booking reference number and details of complaint

  3. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days

15.2 Resolution

We will work with you to resolve complaints fairly. Remedies may include:

  • Partial refund

  • Discount on future booking

  • Re-performance (if feasible)

15.3 Disputes

If we cannot resolve a complaint amicably:

  • Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE

  • These Terms are governed by UAE law

16. General Terms

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Party Gram.

16.2 Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Confirmed bookings will be governed by the Terms in effect at the time of booking.

16.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

16.4 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

16.5 Assignment

You may not transfer or assign your booking without our written consent. We may assign our obligations to a third party with notice to you.

16.6 Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation, the English version will prevail.
